Each of these follow-up appointments typically lasts between 30 to 45 minutes, allowing for ample time to assess progress, make adjustments, and continue your journey toward achieving your objectives. This structured approach ensures that you receive the ongoing support necessary for sustained improvement, making it easier to stay on track and address any concerns that may arise along the way.

Acute consultations

Typically 15-30 minutes, $75 initial consultation fee, $25 follow-up as needed (Will vary based on condition)
